Mission

Pride of Monterey County is a 501 (c) 3 organization dedicated to providing support to the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (“LGBT”) community by providing literature, events and activities. Pride of Monterey County has at least one educational event per month, as well as our signature Valentine’s Dance and July Pride celebration. Board Meetings

Pride Board meetings are currently private, however, with notice, the public is often allowed to attend.  Agenda’s are established by the Executive Committee in advance of each scheduled board meeting.  The Board of Directors reserves the right to discuss matters of strategy, legal, and human resource items in Executive Session.  The location, date and time of a meeting is available by emailing board@montereypride.org.
