Who We Are
Pride of Monterey County is a 501 (c) 3 organization dedicating to providing support to the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (“LGBT”) community by providing literature, events and activities. Pride of Monterey County has at least one educational event per month, as well as our signature Valentine’s Dance and July Pride celebration. Pride of Monterey County is a volunteer run organization that works year round to host a variety of events to fundraise and raise awareness of important LGBT related issues.
Our volunteer members are the fuel that makes almost every branch of our work possible. The volunteer force works with sponsors to acquire advertising and other promotional opportunities, staffs all of our outreach operations, and drives the majority of operations at our large events.

This is our second year holding this very popular event, which features the works of local artist from the GLBT community along with those individuals who have expressed an interest in supporting our non profit organization.
We kindly ask for a donation from those wishing to attend but no one is turned away. We are pleased to say 100 % of the proceeds go towards future Pride Of Monterey County Events .
